Senior Data Engineer Position

Paxus is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead the development of scalable data pipelines and infrastructure. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and optimizing efficient data systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop data pipelines using modern ELT/ETL tools and technologies, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement and manage orchestration workflows for timely and accurate data delivery, leveraging cloud-based platforms.
- Design and develop data models on cloud data warehouses, ensuring integrity, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and enforce data quality frameworks to ensure reliability and consistency.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Data Engineer or similar role, with expertise in dbt for data transformation and modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Databricks, including Apache Spark, and proficiency in Python or Scala.
- Strong understanding of advanced SQL skills and experience with orchestration tools and major cloud platforms.
