The Role

  • Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Manage and organize files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional manner.
  • Perform billing and timekeeping tasks.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all client and case matters.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or 2+ years of Admin/Personal Assistant experience with excellent communication and diary management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and legal practice management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
