Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Specialist to join our team. As an independent contractor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals across the lifespan and from diverse socio-cultural backgrounds.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a caseload of participants efficiently and effectively.
  • Conducting comprehensive clinical interviews and assessments to collaboratively set and achieve goals aligned with NDIS plans.
  • Delivering person-centred, tailored interventions with a systemic focus, including therapeutic support and stakeholder training.
  • Monitoring and addressing signs of risk and acute distress during therapeutic interventions.
  • Providing written reports to NDIS outlining progress and ongoing needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Current general registration with AHPRA.
  • Experience working with NDIS participants.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and writing skills.
  • Relevant insurance, including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
