Job Title: Physiotherapist - Home Healthcare Professional
As a Physiotherapist with our healthcare team, you will be working in Acute or Rehab in the Home services to provide clinical physiotherapy to clients/patients using evidence-based clinical practice skills.
We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our casual pool, with a strong background in community physiotherapy and/or Rehab in Home (RITH). The ideal candidate will have experience working alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and treatments for all patients/clients.
Maintain direct working relationships with multidisciplinary colleagues and internal/external customers.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care plans.
Develop and maintain effective communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team environment.
Hold registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Physiotherapist and demonstrate senior clinical experience and leadership in clinical practice.
