Job Title: Compliance And Business Improvement Supervisor

The Perth Radiological Clinic seeks a detail-focused and improvement-driven supervisor to join its Commercial team. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will oversee compliance across various sites, equipment, and services while leading a small team to deliver accurate reporting and continuous improvement.

  • Manage incident reporting, privacy notifications, FOI requests, and regulatory reporting.
  • Oversee accreditation processes for non-doctor staff, site registrations, and equipment compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, DIAS, poisons control, and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Prepare compliance and contract reports, supporting investigations and follow-up actions.
  • Lead and develop a small team with a customer service mindset.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and reporting cycles.
