Are you looking for a challenging role that allows you to leverage your technical expertise in C++ development? Our organization is seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our team.

This position involves managing a team of software developers and contributing to the design and implementation of cutting-edge trading technology. You will work closely with a global team of experts to drive the success of our platform, which is deployed with over 200 financial entities worldwide.

As a Lead Engineer, you can expect to spend approximately 50% of your time on people management and 50% on actual coding. We value learning and innovation, and encourage you to apply new concepts quickly and effectively in your work.

**Required Skills:**
