The Enterprise Risk Management Specialist opportunity is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.

**Job Description:**

- Champion risk management standards to drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead system maturation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions
- Develop enterprise risk management processes in an integrated approach to organisational risk management
- Ensure ERM outcomes comply with relevant requirements and customer contract specifications
- Hold a tertiary qualification in risk management or equivalent and 5+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to develop and manage positive stakeholder relationships
- Experience using Bow-Tie XP/Enterprise is highly desirable
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Security clearance and be cleared for International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and manage positive stakeholder relationships
- Experience working with risk management frameworks and methodologies
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Tertiary qualification in risk management or equivalent and 5+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
