Job Opportunity: Support Worker

We are seeking a Support Worker to provide care and support to residents living in our aged care home. This role involves assisting with daily living tasks, medication administration, and supporting residents in community-based recreational activities.

  • You will assist with daily living tasks such as showering, personal hygiene, dressing, and meal times.
  • Assist with medication administration and simple wound dressings.
  • Support residents in community-based recreational and social activities.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support is preferred.
  • Previous experience in aged or community care is an advantage.
  • Adaptability, empathy, and resourcefulness are essential qualities for this role.
