Requirements for Each Role:Position Requirements - #1 Parts Interpreter Salesperson

The sales team is service-oriented and customer-centric. To successfully fulfill this role, you will be required to:

1. Guide retail customers and commercial clients in identifying and sourcing products, prices, availability, and product features
2. Provide specialist advice and technical product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction
3. Process orders efficiently and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
4. Collaborate with stores, workshop, and quality teams to enhance the overall customer experience
5. Manage warranties, refunds, special-order parts, and approved credits for customers when necessary and appropriate

Ideal Candidate Profile - #1 Parts Interpreter Salesperson

Experience in parts interpreting or a related field is highly desirable. Additionally, knowledge of trailer/automotive components, proactive problem-solving skills, proficiency with inventory management software and point-of-sale systems, and ability to work autonomously and within a dynamic team environment are essential qualities for success in this role.

Position Requirements - #2 CNC Machinist

Primarily responsible for operating CNC machines to manufacture parts to precise specifications. Flexibility and adaptability are vital aspects of this role, which includes duties such as configuring machines for new production runs, interpreting technical blueprints, schematics, and drawings, adjusting machine settings to achieve desired product specifications, inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy standards, troubleshooting and resolving problems, collaborating with team members and the workshop supervisor to optimize processes and achieve production targets, and maintaining a clean, safe, and quality-controlled work environment with accurate production records and documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile - #2 CNC Machinist

Focus on quality work ethic, flexible work style, and reliable work output is crucial. Trade qualifications or certifications in CNC machining, experience with programming, setting, and machining on both CNC vertical and horizontal lathes, ability to work autonomously, high levels of initiative, familiarity with measuring equipment, adeptness at operating multiple machines simultaneously, accomplished English language skills, and proficiency in correctly reading and understanding engineering drawings are desirable characteristics for this role.

Position Requirements - #3 General Hand

This physical role involves performing various tasks, including receiving, inspecting, unpacking, and storing incoming parts, preparing and packaging parts for dispatch/shipment, updating inventory management systems, processing customer orders, assisting customers in identifying appropriate trailer parts and accessories, maintaining accurate records of customer requests, orders, and sales, collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts, and complying with safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
