Job Description

Bates Pipes Geelong Pty Ltd is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Precast Concrete Products seeking an enthusiastic precast concrete pit builder/labourer to assist in our precast pit manufacturing process.

This role requires a team player with excellent communication skills working efficiently in a fast-paced environment adhering to strict quality control measures while maintaining a high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the manufacture of precast concrete pits
  • Ensuring adherence to quality control standards
  • Maintaining a safe working environment
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives

The successful applicant will be required to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment adhering to strict quality control measures while maintaining a high level of productivity. We offer comprehensive on-the-job training for those without prior experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of quality control standards
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Australian driver's licence and forklift licence (preferred)

Additionally, we expect the successful candidate to possess or obtain relevant certifications including a full medical examination at their expense but reimbursed upon successful completion.
