Role Overview

This is a hands-on role that involves building training rigs, developing and delivering training programs, providing technical support to internal teams, distributors, and customers, and following through on sales leads.

The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with Technical, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service Teams to deliver our company's goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver practical and technical training to new and existing customers, distributors, and staff.
  • Ensure information and training content is technically accurate.
  • Collaborate with the Innovation team to develop new products and construction systems.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers, distributors, and internal teams via phone, email, and in person.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience in construction, preferably with vocational education in carpentry, joinery, or construction.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts using easy-to-understand language.
  • Strong presentation and training skills to both individuals and groups.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Desirable Skills

  • Proficiency with design software (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUp).
  • Certified Passive House Tradesperson (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong general computer skills.
