Your New Role

  • As a Personal Care Worker, you will provide domestic assistance including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation for customers who require it.
  • You will also assist with personal care support such as showering, toileting, and feeding assistance.
  • Helping customers with transportation to appointments, shopping, and social outings is another important aspect of the role.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and their families, ensuring their needs are met and they feel supported.
  • Ensuring the health and safety of yourself and customers is paramount, adhering to guidelines and policies at all times.

About You

  • You will embody our core values of Bold, Warm, and Honest.
  • Demonstrating empathy and providing excellent care for your customers is essential.
  • Good verbal and written English skills are necessary for effective communication.
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a 'Care' role in Aged Care and/or Cert III in Individual Support (Aged Care) is required.
  • Flexibility and availability to work Monday to Friday rosters are a must.
  • A current Australian Driver's License and reliable vehicle ownership are necessary for transportation duties.
  • A First Aid Certificate is also required.
