We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Professional to join our team on a 6–7 month contract. The ideal candidate will be based in Melbourne and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process supplier invoices through the AP system, ensuring accurate coding and approval.
  • Resolve issues in the scan and capture system, maintaining efficient workflows.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records in the ERP and AP systems.
  • Prepare regular supplier reconciliations and handle stakeholder queries promptly.
  • Coordinate EFT payment runs for timely payments.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of AP systems and processes, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and confidence in meeting deadlines.
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with proficiency in Excel.
