About the Role
As a key member of the Ingenia Communities team, you will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership and on-the-job training for all housekeeping staff. You will communicate all requirements effectively with the Housekeeping Team to ensure operational requirements of the park are met.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Park Manager with Housekeeping staff roster
- Providing direction and training to Housekeeping staff
- Cleaning cabins, ensuite blocks and amenity areas to a high standard for our guests
- Replacing linen, towels and toiletries
- Keeping storage areas well-stocked, clean and tidy
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to our guests
- Driving the Housekeeping team to deliver first-class cleaning standards within a desirable timeframe
About You
- Experience in a team leader role
- Practical experience in a cleaning/housekeeping role
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well-organized and a strong eye for detail
