Pick Packer Role in Melbourne

This position has become available at a leading manufacturer of dental products. The company is looking for an experienced individual to join their team in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and packing orders with precision and efficiency
  • Processing of inwards goods and storage of materials in a controlled environment
  • Maintaining adequate stock levels to meet customer demands
  • Communicating effectively with external service providers regarding the movement of parts
  • Liaising and collaborating with staff from different departments to resolve production, supply, and quality issues
  • Ensuring the completion of QC documentation in a timely manner and handling sensitive GMP materials and equipment
  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles and storing raw materials in allocated locations
  • Preparing pallets and associated packaging for shipment of product
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years experience working in a stores/warehouse environment
  • A strong understanding of inwards goods and inspection process requirements
  • Experience in inventory control and stock management
  • Experience with packaging, dispatch, and shipping related activities
  • Experience working in a GMP environment, understanding or regulatory and quality requirements
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office, reporting)
  • A strong understanding of safe working practices (e.g. manual handling and lifting)
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to work autonomously
