Job Overview

This position offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of security operations, collaborating with clients to enhance their cybersecurity posture through expert configuration and optimization of the Falcon platform.


The Role

You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, working closely with their security teams to identify gaps in detection and response capabilities, implement best practices, and ensure they are getting maximum value from their security investment.

  • Exercise incident handling and remediation processes across various platforms.
  • Perform malware analysis to identify emerging threats.
  • Develop and improve processes for incident detection and execution of countermeasures.
  • Produce high-quality written and verbal communications, recommendations, and findings to clients.
  • Develop and implement security content and automations across multiple modules.
  • Demonstrate industry thought leadership through publications and public speaking events.
  • Provide continuous feedback and solutions for operational collateral and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Expert configuration and optimization of the Falcon platform.
  • Incident handling and remediation processes.

Requirements

This role requires experience in multiple areas, including working in a SOC, malware analysis, or IR environment. Incident handling, computer forensic analysis, systems administration, network forensic analysis, malware analysis, incident remediation, network operations, and programming/scripting skills are also essential.

  • Network Operations and Architecture/Engineering: strong understanding of secure network architecture.
  • Programming/Scripting: experience coding in Python, PowerShell, .NET, or desire to learn.
