We are seeking a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to join our services team as an Aged Care Kitchen Assistant.

**About the Role**:

As an Aged Care Kitchen Assistant, you will be vital to the daily wellbeing of our residents. In this hands-on role, you will work under the guidance of experienced staff to build your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment.

Your work will help create a comfortable and quality lifestyle for our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist kitchen staff with meal preparation and serving food to residents
- Clean and sanitise resident rooms, bathrooms, and shared common areas to maintain hygiene and safety
- Provide support with laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and returning personal items and linen
- Collaborate with the hospitality and care teams to uphold a high standard of service and care

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Positive attitude and professional approach
- Basic computer skills for completing simple administrative tasks

**Desirable Qualifications and Experience**:

- Certificate in basic food or hygiene practices
- Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning, or aged care
- Genuine interest in developing a career in the aged care industry
