Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Agent. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional account support to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming inquiries and resolve account-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding and overdue invoices to ensure timely payment.
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and errors.
- Manage account suspensions, write-offs, and closures for unpaid accounts.
- Process potential client refunds and coordinate with stakeholders as needed.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to key stakeholders, including finance and operations teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal departments to ensure a high level of service.
- Maintain accurate client data and assist with accounts receivable documentation.
- Assist with general client inquiries and provide administrative support as needed.
You will be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced customer-centric environment. You will have excellent administrative skills, strong mathematical and analytical skills, and the ability to quickly learn new systems. You will also have strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service focus.
Requirements:- 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounts receivable or administrative role.
