Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Create and pitch platform-native, trend-driven content that captures attention and drives engagement
  • Support content planning and scheduling to ensure timely, consistent posts aligned with campaign goals
  • Collaborate on creative briefs with the Social Media Manager and content creators for both planned and reactive content
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, audience feedback, and engagement opportunities
  • Engage directly with followers, responding to comments and fostering a strong online community
  • Track and report on performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, growth) to inform future strategies

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of social media management tools
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to social media trends and best practices
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and team collaboration skills
