As a Capital Works Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the preparation, delivery, and post-event project activities for our capital program.

  1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, identifying key milestones and risks, and ensuring that all parties are informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Tennis Australia, tenant Sporting Clubs, Facilities, Venues & Asset Management Teams, and external contractors.
  3. Financial Management: Contribute to the development and management of project budgets, ensuring that works are delivered within financial parameters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing complex capital works projects and a deep understanding of construction, engineering, and facilities management.
