About the Role

We are seeking casual educators to join our team at YMCA Ballarat's OSHC services in Ballarat and Gordon. As a casual educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our before and after school care programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the needs of children
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Certificate III or equivalent qualification in Education, Disability, Children's Services, or Community Services
  • Experience working with children in a similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and education to children
