We are seeking casual educators to join our team at Y Ballarat, providing high-quality care and education to children in our out-of-school hours care (OSHC) services.

About the Role

This is a casual educator position, working with children in our OSHC services. As a casual educator, you will be responsible for providing a safe and engaging environment for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and education to children in our OSHC services
  • Develop and implement engaging programs that promote children's learning and development
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Working towards achieving a Certificate III or an equivalent qualification or higher
