Job Summary:

As a Marine Specialist, you will operate a variety of specialist watercraft, including amphibious craft, and perform operator maintenance on Army marine vessels. You will also transport all forms of cargo across the sea, inland waterways, and ship-to-shore operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operate Army watercraft and amphibious craft, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of personnel and cargo.
  • Perform deck hand duties on board Army Watercraft, including loading and unloading cargo and equipment.
  • Operate weapons fitted to amphibian and landing craft, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Operate communication and electronic navigation equipment, ensuring accurate and timely navigation and communication.
