• Strong desire to learn and succeed in the livestock industry

• Successful completion of Year 12 or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 24 months of work experience in the agricultural industry, preferably in livestock
• Will to relocate at the conclusion or throughout the program
• Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency
• Vaccination against Q Fever or willingness to receive the vaccination
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to learn, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, and leadership potential
• Genuine interest and desire to work and learn about the livestock industry
