Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to participate in our Livestock Career Development Program.

This 24-month program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the livestock industry, while also developing your leadership and technical expertise.

You will have the opportunity to work in both saleyard and branch environments, being mentored and guided by experienced livestock employees and leaders, learning effective selling and relationship-building techniques.

  • Accelerate your learning through our comprehensive training program
  • Develop valuable skills in sales, customer service, and leadership
  • Gain hands-on experience in the livestock industry

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess a strong desire to learn and succeed in the livestock industry, excellent customer service skills, and strong negotiation abilities.

In addition, you will demonstrate:

  • Successful completion of Year 12
  • Worked successfully for a minimum of 24 months within the Agricultural industry, ideally within Livestock
  • Be willing to relocate at the conclusion or throughout the program
  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian permanent resident
  • Be vaccinated or willing to receive the Q Fever vaccination
  • The ability to work in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and leadership potential
  • Genuine interest and desire to work and learn about the Livestock Industry
