**Job Summary**

At Talent International, we are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Strategist to play a pivotal role in shaping the technological future of our organization. As part of our team, you will report directly to the Head of ITDS and be responsible for refining the Enterprise Architecture framework and repository, ensuring consistency and integrity across all systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain an architecture framework aligned with business goals, driving innovation and efficiency throughout the organization.
  • Implement an Enterprise Architecture Governance model, complying with industry standards and best practices.
  • Translate business needs into IT solutions, leveraging your expertise to deliver high-quality results.
  • Design secure, scalable enterprise architecture solutions using industry best practices, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Develop and implement target-state architecture and transition road-maps for the next 2-4 years, providing a clear vision for the organization's technological future.

**Requirements**

  • 10+yrs Architect experience within large, complex environments, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Ability to work across multi-domain and multi-project experience, fostering collaboration and driving success.
  • Running an Architecture review board, providing expert guidance and oversight.
  • Adept with various Enterprise Architecture models, methodologies, principles, policies, standards, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Experience with preparing and evaluating RFP/RFI/RFQs for both commercial and technology outcomes, making informed decisions.
