We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our Remediation Project, focused on reviewing team member entitlements and industrial agreements within the Woolworths Group. As a key member of our Remediation Value stream, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and business stakeholders to execute business-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage remediation projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and external agencies to build and present complex data models, informing project decisions and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and provide recommendations on resources required to deliver project outcomes and implement project requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven project management experience, including creating and articulating project tasks and timelines, identifying dependencies and risks.
  • Strong understanding of industrial instruments and the current industrial relations environment.
  • Experience working with data modelling teams, with a focus on commercial thinking and risk application.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate complex scenarios from a technical and business perspective.
