Join a dynamic team in Everyday Business Banking

As a Manager level Product Owner for Remediation, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and product management teams to define the remediation approach, goals, and roadmap for our Everyday Business Banking team. Your role will involve leading the end-to-end remediation delivery to ensure maximum output and quality from the squad.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accountable for addressing impediments, driving decisions, and resolving escalations.
  • Act as the voice of the business and translate this for the team.
  • Drive project exploration and inception to ensure alignment of group remediation policy.
  • Formulate hypotheses to validate customer problems and define clear learning objectives that will inform delivery roadmap and prioritisation decisions.
  • Identify, articulate, and manage risks and compliance across streams of work.
  • Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform remediation approach.
  • Lead the squad day-to-day to deliver remediations and lifecycle activities.
  • Maintain a healthy prioritised Backlog to deliver business and customer outcomes.
  • Manage the squad's performance to defined objectives including OKR tracking.

We are interested in hearing from people who:

  • Have proven experience in Product Remediation Projects or Product Houses.
  • Prior experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in that space would also be considered.
  • Are experienced in defining Product Roadmaps and delivering Product vision.
  • Are strong communicators, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience with Agile methodology, working within an Agile Matrix would be ideal.
  • Have experience managing Risks and Product Compliance and using formal methods to document this.
