The successful candidate will lead the development and integration of AI capabilities across Information Services teams and functions, supporting both pro-code and low-code environments.
This role involves designing, building, and maintaining AI agents, tools, patterns, and evaluation frameworks, primarily leveraging Microsoft technologies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and improving foundational infrastructure and reusable patterns for AI development across pro-code and low-code streams.
- Ensuring composability and compatibility between AI components built across environments.
- Developing and maintaining evaluation frameworks and tools to measure AI performance, accuracy, safety, and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with internal teams to apply AI capabilities to productivity tools, products, and platforms.
- Serving as liaison between stakeholders and project teams, delivering feedback and enabling teams to embed AI into their solutions and products.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AI tools and platforms in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and AI Foundry.
A degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred but not required. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple projects is essential.
