About the Role
  • As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for growth.
  2. Take ownership of the sales pipeline to pursue new business opportunities and achieve targets.
  3. Develop strategic initiatives to grow Manpower Australia's footprint in the Queensland region.
What We're Looking For
  • Sales Experience: Proven success in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the technical or industrial sector.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage clients, negotiate, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel across the region and engage with clients on-site.
