About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic Water team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the delivery of large infrastructure projects across NSW, Australia, and the broader region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership to multi-disciplinary project teams in delivering concept designs, detailed designs, and construction support for pipelines, pumping stations, storages, and some treatment projects.
  • Develop and evaluate options to arrive at a preferred solution for water, recycled water, and sewerage projects.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers to enhance their skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in water and wastewater infrastructure projects within a design environment.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including 12D or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Knowledge of water industry standards, codes, and common practices.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
