Joining on an initial 6-month daily rate contract, you'll play a key technical role across both BAU and project delivery—serving as the Salesforce go-to person across a dynamic and collaborative environment.
This is: what you'll do Lead development, configuration, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions Support internal platforms and applications using approved development practices Collaborate with the business to define, scope, and estimate technical requirements Drive continuous improvements to enhance data quality and business value Develop and maintain technical documentation and architectural standards Partner with stakeholders across Technology and the business to deliver high-impact outcomes Help establish and promote best-practice Salesforce methodologies within the team This is: what you'll need Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer within fast-paced, Dev Ops environments Expertise across Apex, Visual Force, Lightning, Salesforce Security models, PL/SQL, Java Script, Java Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated deployment pipelines Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to thrive in unstructured environments with a high degree of ownership Tertiary qualifications in IT or related field This is: the perks Key role in a nationally recognised digital transformation program Daily rate contract with extension potential Dynamic, agile team environment with autonomy and impact Strong career pathways and a culture that celebrates innovation and excellence This is: what's next Apply now or reach out to: Elton Kelly Principal Consultant, Natural Selection Group M: 0405 294 375 E: elton.kelly@naturalselectiongroup.com.au
