Deliver engaging marketing campaigns that capture the essence of our boutique hotel in Adelaide.

We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital strategy, drive partnerships and PR, and make us a standout voice in the city.

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency with IHG brand standards and local hotel goals
  • Manage and enhance our digital presence, crafting compelling content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Curate content that reflects our brand voice and resonates with diverse audiences to boost engagement, loyalty, and direct bookings
  • Forge strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and alliances to amplify awareness, expand reach, and position the hotel as a cultural hub
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue, and Food & Beverage teams to design and execute revenue-driving B2B and B2C campaigns
  • Utilize analytics and market insights to monitor campaign performance, optimize digital channels, and stay ahead of competitor trends
  • Lead PR and community engagement efforts, serving as a brand ambassador to strengthen our local presence and build meaningful relationships within the Adelaide community

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, CMS, and CRM platforms
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Creativity, initiative, and a genuine love for storytelling through hospitality
  • Full working rights in Australia
