Electrical Field Services Representative

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrical Field Services Representative to join our team. This role involves performing electrical work and providing support for new and remarketed press, post press, bindery, and Gallus equipment installations.

  • Accurately identify and rectify electrical service issues efficiently
  • Provide high-quality electrical support for equipment installations
  • Perform electrical work and support for service contracts as required
  • Fault find and repair electric and mechanical components
  • Identify electrical service gaps and sources of customer dissatisfaction

This is a critical role that requires flexibility and commitment to organizational values, goals, and objectives. The successful candidate will be willing and able to travel throughout Australia on assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct work within health and safety regulations and adhere to all company policies and procedures
  2. Ensure all paperwork and PDA communications are up-to-date, clear, and concise, in line with company policies

About the Role:

The Electrical Field Services Representative will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems and equipment across various sites. They will work closely with other teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to meet business objectives.
