Job Description

This position requires a highly skilled Enterprise Quality Management Specialist to lead the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead QMS development, integration, and harmonization with One Management System (1MS).
  • Implement QMS to ensure effective controls against enterprise risks and quality objectives.
  • Provide specialist QMS advice, training, and awareness across the organization.
  • Maintain QMS controlled documents and coordinate reviews.
  • Embed QMS requirements in key processes.
  • Ongoing QMS certification through compliance with ISO 9001 and supporting audits.
  • Lead integrated assurance model implementation and deliver 2nd Line of Assurance (2LOA).
  • Analyze QMS performance data and provide insights.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in:

  • Tertiary qualification in engineering, science, business, or a related discipline.
  • Lead auditor qualifications or ability to gain them.

Desirable qualifications include post-graduate degrees, Project Management certifications, and Continuous Improvement qualifications.
