Senior Security Architect

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team at Coles is responsible for providing services to the broader Coles teams, supporting identity/access management for our 130,000+ team members, suppliers, and customers.
As a key member of the IAM team, you will work closely with various areas of the wider Tech team to provide enterprise-level identity solutions in a complex environment spanning on-premise assets and cloud environments.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to contribute to the development of our identity strategy, enhance our identity management platforms, and maintain strategic partner relationships with key vendors and customer stakeholders.
About You- Proven experience with identity management software, NetIQ Identity Management, NetIQ Access Management, or equivalent, with knowledge of setup/configurations and installations, as well as ongoing operational support.
- Exposure to CyberArk Privileged Access Management and Entra (Azure) Active Directory, with a strong understanding of associated identity and access management functions.
- Experience with software engineering practices and a solid understanding of the broader operational environment, including processes, procedures, associated toolsets, operating systems, and more.
- Able to work in a medium to large enterprise environment and understand the role IAM contributes to the organization's success.
