The position of Executive Officer plays a pivotal role in providing high-level support and strategic advice to the Executive Director. This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination and implementation of strategies to achieve effective and efficient services and outcomes.
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines in a complex, high-pressure environment.
Key responsibilities include preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will also work closely with the Executive Director and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that align with the organisation's goals and objectives.
This is a temporary position available immediately for six months, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have experience in balancing competing priorities and demands, as well as a proven track record in coordinating and implementing strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
A strong focus on quality and attention to detail is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders is crucial in this role.
