Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Training Administrator on a contract for 12 months with potential extension.
**Position Overview**
This is an opportunity to expand policy development, training and implementation skills in a government area that benefits the lives of people living with disabilities.
**Duties**
- Work within a small team to administer programs with significant training components across the Agency
- Communicate and administrate available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
- Provide feedback to program participants and management
- Gather feedback from trainers and trainees for all training conducted
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Develop and manage plans and schedules
- Perform independent research and analysis, including the preparation of draft reports on relevant activities
- Coordinate regular reporting, including status updates and exception reports
- Monitor budgets, review and report on expenditure and assist with procurement and contract management
- Identify and assist with the management of risks, issues and benefits
- Contribute to quality management, to ensure that deliverables are fit for purpose and meet client needs.
**Essential Criteria**
- Proven work experience as a Training Administrator, or similar role
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
- Proven ability to coordinate, monitor and evaluate programs
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records, develop and deliver evaluation reports
- Strong understanding of document accessibility requirements
- Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
- MS Office proficiency, including experience with Virtual engagement platforms including MS Teams
