The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, leading the HR specialisation, and building a high-performing team of recruiters. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Lead the HR specialisation and drive business development initiatives.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of recruiters.
- Provide coaching, support, and feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans.
Candidate Profile
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in recruitment and business development. The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in agency recruitment within the HR specialisation.
- Proven track record of business development and growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
