About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Stryker. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative Trauma products to customers within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and clinics to build strong business partnerships.
  • Promote and Sell Stryker Trauma products to customers, including surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Plan and Execute product demonstrations and evaluations with potential customers to showcase the value of our products.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service and support to existing customers.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with industry trends and developments to provide customers with the latest product information and insights.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong Negotiation and Presentation Skills to effectively promote and sell our products.
  • Ability to Work Independently and manage a territory with minimal supervision.
  • Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
