The role of Community Engagement and Partnership Coordinator is a unique opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including community organisations, government departments, and funding bodies.

About the Role

This position involves planning and executing key fundraising events and initiatives while identifying and nurturing external partnerships and coordinating grants. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing fundraising events and community programs from conceptualisation to execution, ensuring alignment with our organisation's endorsed event calendar and brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build new and strengthen existing stakeholder relationships to enhance community engagement.
  • Develop and deliver an annual fundraising calendar in collaboration with subject matter experts and key stakeholders.
  • Contribute social media content to inform and engage the community, promoting our brand messages and recognition.
  • Analyse event and community engagement outcomes to improve future initiatives and enhance brand awareness.

Our ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, event management, or similar fields, along with demonstrated experience leading successful events or community initiatives. They should have a proven ability to plan, implement, and evaluate community engagement programs, as well as an understanding of contemporary engagement methods and trends.
