The role of Private Equity Investment Associate is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated professional to build upon their experience in a highly rewarding environment.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct market analysis and industry research to support investment assessment and origination.
- Lead the preparation of due diligence materials and investment committee memos.
- Develop and implement strategies for portfolio companies to increase revenue, improve operations, strengthen financial controls, and increase shareholder value.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to gather information necessary to make investment decisions.
- Provide ongoing monitoring of assets with the firm's portfolios, including review of monthly operating results and maintaining project performance.
- Engage and manage third-party consultants and advisors on new investment opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry and professional organizations to enhance visibility of the firm and its portfolio companies.
- 1-5 years of experience within Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Private Equity.
- Excellent academic credentials and achievements.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including substantial experience in financial modeling and valuation.
- A results-oriented individual, with a proactive and creative approach to problem solving.
- Strong judgment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to articulate and present points of view and ideas effectively.
- Proven ability to successfully multi-task with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
