Job Overview
The Retail Store Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our retail operations. This dynamic individual is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and maintaining high standards of store presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients by offering tailored uniform solutions and meeting their expectations.
- Store Operations: Maintain stock levels within the store by ordering stock as needed and ensuring all products are presented attractively.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize effective problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations and resolve them efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a retail environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the workwear industry would be advantageous.
- Leadership Skills: Manage the daily requirements of the retail arm of the store, including staff management and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate clear communication skills with staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Teamwork: Be supportive and co-operative among the store team, working collaboratively to achieve common goals.
- Appearance: Be presentable and well-groomed, wearing the basic uniform attire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional Experience: 2 years of experience in retail sales or management would be beneficial.
