Effective HR professionals drive business growth by fostering strong relationships, streamlining processes and ensuring compliance.

We seek a skilled and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our organization on a full-time basis. As an HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic and tactical HR guidance and deliver tailored consulting services to diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong working relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct comprehensive HR audits to assess clients' processes and practices, identifying strengths, opportunities and legal risks.
  • Support clients in designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, documentation and systems that align with best practices.
  • Design and implement effective HR management strategies, programs and initiatives to enhance workforce performance, productivity, retention and workplace culture.
  • Provide expert advice on employment legislation and interpret relevant laws to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables with ease.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through prompt communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new opportunities and expand existing client relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR generalist or consultant in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong expertise across HR functions, including talent management, remuneration and benefits, health and safety, performance management, employee relations and learning and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering strategic and tactical HR solutions to diverse clients.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
