Job Description

As a globally recognised brand, Vans has become synonymous with self-expression and authenticity. We are looking for passionate retail team members to join our team for this Christmas season.

You will support the management team in driving sales and operational excellence, playing an integral role in the store's success. You will work collaboratively to achieve sales and KPI targets, process large volumes of stock efficiently, and assist in maintaining store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service with premium products
  • Work collaboratively to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Process large volumes of stock efficiently
  • Pick and pack click and dispatch orders

Requirements and Qualifications

Full availability from November to mid-January is required, including weekends and late nights. Retail experience is preferred but not essential. A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture is a must.

Requirements include:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
