We have an exciting opportunity for a customer service focused gem to join our team in GoldmarkBALLARAT.

You will have:

  • Strong ability to create an exceptional customer service experience
  • Ability to work effectively, individually and in a team
  • Strong communication skills and personable approach to help create special moments in our customers' lives
  • Flexible availability to meet our seven days roster requirements

You will be responsible for:

  • Connecting with our customers to help them find their unique piece of jewellery
  • Generating sales to meet sales targets and KPIs
  • Working alongside other Team Members to maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising standards
  • Keeping updated with product knowledge and policies and procedures
