We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Qualified Simulator Instructor to support our E-7A Wedgetail In Service Support Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive training of pilots during the simulator phase across all levels of the E-7A Wedgetail Pilot Categorisation and Currency Scheme.
  • Provide in-depth briefings, debriefings and critiques to ensure customers have a thorough understanding of performance and future training events.
  • Support students undertaking E-7A Wedgetail Computer-Based Training and facilitate theoretical examinations.
  • Evaluate and document pilots' performance and progress in training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Current or former Qualified Flying Instructor (QFI).
  • Experience on B737 or similar variants (E-7A Wedgetail or P-8A Poseidon).
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and interact with colleagues.
  • Working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety procedures.
  • Able to obtain and maintain a baseline defence security clearance.
