Job Overview:

We're seeking a Cloud Applications & Data Solutions Specialist to join our innovative Customer Experience team.

This role will be at the heart of our enterprise technology ecosystem, providing expert support for critical business applications and leading cloud-based development and administration in Azure.

You'll design and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes, drive process improvements and automation initiatives, and collaborate across teams to enhance system performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support for enterprise applications and integrations
  • Administer and develop Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines
  • Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance system performance and user experience
Requirements:
  • A degree and postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise application support and cloud platforms
  • Strong data engineering skills using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or similar
  • Experience with MuleSoft (desirable)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
