Advanced Compounding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Compounding Pharmacist to lead our compounding team at a community based Pharmacy in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding healthcare services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on the clinical care side of community pharmacy through our Care Clinics
• Share your passion for a particular health area, such as Diabetes or Health and Fitness
• Enhance your leadership and management skills through our Accelerator program
• Prepare prescriptions accurately and in compliance with the highest healthcare standards
• Counsel and advise customers on prescribed and over-the-counter medications and their medical conditions
• Enjoy the latest stock management technology and structure your workflow with our customer app
• Uphold all QCPP policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment

About You

You are passionate about compounding in community pharmacy and looking to expand your service offerings, particularly in clinical care. You enjoy working with and developing your team, knowing they all play a part in supplying unparalleled care to our customers and patients. To succeed in this role, you must have a current General Registration as a Pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA.
