We are excited to partner with a cutting-edge start-up that is part of a globally recognized enterprise business. With significant investment secured, they are developing an innovative product set to launch later this year.

As a highly skilled Senior/Staff Full Stack Developer, you will work closely with the Head of Engineering to design and develop a data-driven platform that powers their solutions. You'll contribute to solution architecture and play a key role in developing the greenfield platform using a modern tech stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a scalable, secure, and high-performance platform architecture.
  • Develop the platform using React for frontend and Python/Django for backend services.
  • Work with PostgreSQL to build efficient, reliable, and scalable data storage solutions.
  • Leverage AWS for deploying and managing cloud-native applications, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand product requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in solution design and architecture.
  • At least 10 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, preferably with proficiency in React, Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
  • A dynamic and proactive approach, thriving in fast-paced startup settings.
  • Experience building Data-driven or Machine Learning products is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in technical design, solution design, and architecture.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $AUD 130,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including professional development opportunities and a collaborative work environment.
